Terms and Conditions

Minimum age: You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use Diamond Loot.

Users aged 13–17: If you are between 13 and 17 years old, you represent and warrant that:

• A parent or legal guardian has reviewed these Terms with you
• Your parent or guardian consents to your use of the App
• Your parent or guardian accepts these Terms on your behalf

We reserve the right to request verification of age at any time. If we have reason to believe a user is under 13, we will immediately suspend the account and delete associated personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Users aged 18+: You represent that you are of legal adult age in your jurisdiction and that you are fully capable of entering into, and intend to be bound by, these Terms.

Diamond Loot is primarily designed and offered for users in India and Nepal. Users in other countries may access the app, subject to the following conditions:

• Google Play gift cards redeemed through the app are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are redeemable on the India Google Play Store
• Coins earned by users outside India may have limited or no redemption value if gift card inventory for their region is unavailable
• Users are responsible for ensuring that using reward apps of this nature is permitted under the laws of their jurisdiction
• We do not guarantee service availability or reward fulfilment for users outside India and Nepal

To access full features of Diamond Loot:

Stage 1 — Anonymous access: When you first open the app, a Firebase anonymous account is automatically created. You can spin, scratch, play slots, and earn coins immediately with no sign-in required.

Stage 2 — Google Sign-In (required before first redemption): Before you can redeem coins for a gift card, you must link your anonymous account to a Google account. This is required for:

• Identity verification before reward payout
• Account recovery if you lose access to your device
• Preventing duplicate accounts

You may sign in with Google at any time before you reach the redemption threshold.

Each person is strictly limited to one (1) account. The following constitute violations of this rule:

• Creating multiple accounts using different Google accounts, phone numbers, or email addresses
• Using one account on multiple devices to circumvent daily earning limits
• Creating a new account after a previous account was banned
• Sharing an account between multiple people

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account. Providing false information — including a false name, false age, or use of another person's Google account — is a violation of these Terms.

You are entirely responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Google account used to sign in
• Any activity that occurs under your account, whether authorised by you or not
• Immediately notifying us if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation

HustlrStudioz is not responsible for any losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Google account.

Your account is personal to you. You may not share your account with any other person. Sharing your account to allow another person to earn coins on your behalf is a violation of these Terms and may result in account termination.

If you lose access to your Google account, account recovery is handled through Google's own account recovery process. HustlrStudioz cannot bypass Google Sign-In to restore access to your account. Your coins and progress are tied to your Firebase UID, which is linked to your Google account.

If you switch devices, simply sign in with the same Google account on your new device and your balance will sync automatically.

Diamond Loot uses a virtual in-app currency called Coins (displayed with the ◆ symbol throughout the app). The following terms apply to all Coins:

Coins have no real-world monetary value. Coins are not:

• Legal tender or currency of any kind
• A financial instrument, security, or investment
• Property in the legal sense
• Redeemable for cash under any circumstances

Coins are a limited licence granted by HustlrStudioz that allows you to exchange them for Google Play gift cards through our in-app redemption system, subject to the conditions in Section 6.

You acknowledge that you do not own your Coin balance. Coins are owned by HustlrStudioz and are licensed to you for use within the app. We maintain sole and complete authority over the Coin economy, including the right to:

• Adjust earning rates, daily limits, and cooldown periods at any time
• Change the Coin cost of any reward tier
• Introduce new reward tiers or remove existing ones
• Issue or revoke Coins for any reason consistent with these Terms
• Correct errors in Coin balances (including recovering Coins incorrectly credited due to a bug or fraud)

Coins are non-transferable. You may not:

• Sell, trade, barter, gift, or transfer Coins to any other user or third party
• Attempt to transfer Coins through any technical exploit, API call, or database manipulation
• Combine your Coin balance with another account's balance

• Inactivity: If your account is inactive for more than 180 consecutive days (no app opens, no coin-earning activity), your accumulated Coin balance may be set to zero without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to send a push notification warning before forfeiture.
• Account termination: Upon termination of your account (whether by you or by us), all Coins are immediately forfeited with no compensation.
• Service discontinuation: If we permanently shut down Diamond Loot, we will provide at least 30 days' notice and allow eligible users to redeem any qualifying balances before shutdown. See Section 13.3.
• Fraud: Coins earned through fraudulent means are void from the moment of earning, regardless of whether the fraud is detected immediately or later.

If you believe your Coin balance is incorrect, contact support@hustlrstudioz.dev within 14 days of the suspected error. Include your Firebase UID and a description of the discrepancy. We maintain a complete server-side transaction log for all coin grants and will investigate and correct any genuine errors.

You can earn Coins through the following methods:

Extra earning opportunities (require watching a rewarded video ad):

• Extra spin wheel spins
• Extra scratch cards
• Extra slot machine spins

All cooldown timers are enforced using server-side timestamps (UTC time on our Firebase servers). Your device's local clock is never used to calculate cooldowns. This means:

• Changing your device's date or time has no effect on cooldowns
• Uninstalling and reinstalling the app does not reset cooldowns
• Cooldowns persist across device changes as long as you use the same account

Daily limits reset at midnight Indian Standard Time (IST, UTC+5:30) each day, enforced server-side. Server-side resets are not affected by your device's timezone settings.

The expected coin earnings per game action are as follows (approximate):

• Spin Wheel: ~33 coins per spin (expected value)
• Scratch Card: ~52 coins per card (expected value)
• Slot Machine: ~8 coins per spin (expected value)

These are probabilistic averages over many plays. Individual outcomes vary significantly. The jackpot prize (500 coins from a triple diamond in slots) has a probability of approximately 1 in 54,800 spins. There is no guarantee that you will earn any specific amount from any individual play.

We reserve the right to modify earning rates, probabilities, daily limits, and cooldown periods at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via in-app notification. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance.

Diamond Loot offers redemption for Google Play Gift Cards denominated in Indian Rupees (INR). Available tiers:

We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify reward tiers at any time. Changes will be communicated via in-app notification.

To redeem a reward:

• Navigate to the Rewards screen in the app
• Select the desired denomination
• Confirm you have sufficient Coins
• If you have not yet linked a Google account, you will be prompted to do so at this step
• Your Coin balance is deducted immediately and atomically
• Your redemption request is processed via our gift card fulfilment API
• In normal circumstances, your code is delivered within seconds
• The code appears in your Redemption History — tap "Reveal Code" to see it

• Standard processing: Under 30 seconds for the vast majority of requests
• Maximum SLA: We commit to delivering your code or issuing a refund within 24 hours
• If processing takes longer than 24 hours: Contact support@hustlrstudioz.dev with your account UID and redemption date. We will investigate and either deliver the code or refund your Coins within 48 hours of your report.

To prevent abuse, users are limited to 2 redemptions per calendar day (midnight to midnight IST). This limit resets at midnight IST and applies across all denominations.

If our gift card provider fails to deliver a code:

• Your Coin deduction is automatically reversed within seconds
• You will receive an in-app notification confirming the refund
• No action is required from you

If you receive a gift card code that does not work on the Google Play Store:

• First verify you are entering the code on the India Google Play Store (codes are region-locked to India)
• If the code is genuinely invalid, contact support@hustlrstudioz.dev within 7 days of receiving the code
• Include your Firebase UID, the masked code shown in your redemption history, and a screenshot of the error from the Play Store
• We will investigate with our fulfilment provider and either replace the code or refund your Coins within 48 hours

We are not responsible for: Codes that are valid but entered incorrectly, codes redeemed successfully but then forgotten, or codes shared with third parties after delivery.

Your account must meet all of the following to be eligible for redemption:

• Linked Google account (not anonymous)
• Sufficient Coin balance for the selected denomination
• Account age meets the minimum for the selected denomination
• Below the daily redemption limit (max 2 per day)
• Account not flagged for fraud investigation
• Device passing Play Integrity attestation check

You are solely responsible for any taxes, levies, or duties applicable to receiving digital rewards in your jurisdiction. HustlrStudioz does not withhold or remit any taxes on rewards delivered to users. In India, gift cards received as rewards from apps may be subject to income tax provisions — consult a qualified tax advisor if you are unsure of your obligations.

HustlrStudioz reserves the right to modify redemption thresholds, reward types, coin costs, account age requirements, and daily limits at any time. Changes will be communicated via in-app notification before taking effect. Coin costs will not be increased retroactively for coins already in your balance — the rate at the time of your redemption request applies.

Diamond Loot operates a referral programme that rewards both the user who invites a friend ("Inviter") and the new user who joins using their code ("Invitee"):

• Inviter receives: 200 ◆ per successful referral
• Invitee receives: 100 ◆ as a joining bonus

A referral is considered successful and qualifying coins are released only when all of the following conditions are met:

• The Invitee installs Diamond Loot fresh (not a reinstall of a previously used account)
• The Invitee enters the Inviter's referral code during or immediately after onboarding
• The Invitee watches their first rewarded video ad in the app — this is the unlock trigger
• The Invitee's account is verified as genuine (passes App Check and is not a duplicate)
• The Inviter's account is at least 24 hours old at the time the reward is triggered

The referral programme is subject to strict anti-fraud enforcement. The following constitute referral fraud and will result in immediate account termination:

• Self-referral: Creating a second account and using your own referral code
• Fake account farms: Creating multiple accounts specifically to generate referral rewards
• Device farms: Using multiple physical or virtual devices to simulate multiple distinct users
• Incentivised install networks: Paying or compensating third parties to install the app using your referral code outside of organic word-of-mouth sharing

We reserve the right to:

• Change the coin rewards for referrals at any time
• Impose per-user caps on referral rewards
• Discontinue the referral programme with 7 days' notice
• Retroactively void referral rewards found to be fraudulent

Diamond Loot integrates with the following third-party services:

Your use of any third-party service accessed through Diamond Loot is governed by that service's own terms of service and privacy policy. We have no control over third-party terms and are not responsible for their practices.

We do not guarantee the continuous availability of any third-party service. If any partner is temporarily unavailable, affected features within Diamond Loot may not function. We are not liable for loss of earning opportunity resulting from third-party downtime.

Diamond Loot is free to download and use. The app is supported by advertising revenue through Google AdMob. By using the app, you agree to see advertisements.

• Rewarded video ads: Voluntarily watched by you to unlock extra spins, cards, or slot spins. Watching is never mandatory — it is an optional way to earn extra opportunities.
• Interstitial ads: Full-screen ads shown at natural break points between activities. We enforce a minimum 45-second gap between interstitial ads and a maximum of 6 per session.

AdMob may show personalised advertisements based on your device's advertising ID. You can opt out of personalised ads via your Android device settings at any time. See our Privacy Policy Section 6 for full details.

You may not interact with advertisements in any way other than the intended user interaction (watching, tapping through). Artificially inflating ad clicks or impressions (click farms, auto-clickers) is a violation of Section 10 and may result in our AdMob account being penalised and your account being permanently banned.

The following technical methods of fraud are strictly prohibited:

• Attempting to purchase coins, redemption codes, or accounts from other users
• Attempting to sell your account or its coin balance
• Coordinating with other users to systematically exploit the referral system
• Filing false support tickets claiming non-delivery of codes that were delivered
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing support staff

We use the following systems to detect fraud:

• Firebase App Check with Play Integrity — every request to our servers is verified as coming from the genuine app on a genuine device
• Server-side coin management — all coin writes happen exclusively through Cloud Functions with admin SDK; clients cannot write to the `coins` field directly
• Idempotency keys — every coin grant has a unique key preventing double-crediting from network retries
• Atomic Firestore transactions — coin deductions and grants are atomic, preventing race condition exploits
• Server timestamps — all cooldowns use `admin.firestore.Timestamp.now()`, not the device clock
• Interaction analysis — unusual patterns of activity (perfect timing, superhuman speed, bulk actions) trigger flags
• Device fingerprinting — multiple accounts on the same device are linked

Our fraud detection system's logs serve as evidence of violation. If our systems flag your account, the burden is on you to demonstrate that the flagged activity was legitimate. See Section 17 for the appeals process.

All content, features, and functionality of Diamond Loot — including but not limited to the app design, graphics, spin wheel animations, sound effects, the HustlrStudioz logo, the Diamond Loot branding, and the underlying code — are and remain the exclusive property of HustlrStudioz.

These materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership or licence to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the app as described in Section 12.2.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, HustlrStudioz grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to:

• Download and install the app on your personal Android (and iOS, when available) device
• Use the app for your own personal, non-commercial purposes

This licence is revoked automatically and without notice if you violate any provision of these Terms.

Diamond Loot does not currently support user-generated content. If this changes, these Terms will be updated accordingly.

If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the app, you grant HustlrStudioz a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and implement that feedback without any obligation to compensate you.

Diamond Loot is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HustlrStudioz expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content in the app

We do not guarantee any specific level of coin earnings. All coin-earning mechanics involve probabilistic outcomes. You may earn more or less than the stated expected values on any given day. We do not guarantee that gift cards will always be available in all denominations — inventory availability depends on our fulfilment partner.

HustlrStudioz reserves the right to:

• Temporarily suspend the app for maintenance at any time (we will attempt to provide advance notice)
• Permanently discontinue Diamond Loot at any time

In the event of permanent shutdown:

• We will provide a minimum of 30 days' written notice via in-app notification and email (if we have your email)
• During this notice period, users with qualifying coin balances may redeem them according to the then-current redemption tiers
• Coins not redeemed within the notice period will be forfeited with no compensation
• This is the complete extent of our obligation in a shutdown scenario

We do not warrant the reliability, availability, or quality of any third-party service (AdMob, GiftPort, etc.) integrated into Diamond Loot. Downtime, policy changes, or discontinuation by any third party may affect features of the app. We are not liable for such effects.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HustlrStudioz, its affiliates, directors, employees, partners, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data or virtual currency
• Loss of goodwill
• Business interruption
• Damages arising from reliance on the app for any purpose

This exclusion applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if HustlrStudioz has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In jurisdictions where limitation of liability is permitted, HustlrStudioz's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the use of Diamond Loot shall not exceed the greater of:

• INR ₹100 (one hundred Indian Rupees), or
• The total value of gift cards successfully delivered to your account in the 30 days preceding the claim

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. The above limitations may not apply to you in full.

You acknowledge that the limitations of liability in this section reflect a reasonable allocation of risk and are an essential element of the basis of the bargain between you and HustlrStudioz. HustlrStudioz would not have provided the app on a free-to-use basis without these limitations.

You may terminate your account at any time by:

Option A — In-app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This immediately deletes your Firebase Auth account, removes your personal data from active databases, and forfeits all Coins.

Option B — Email: Send a deletion request to support@hustlrstudioz.dev with your Firebase UID. We will process the deletion within 30 days.

Uninstalling the app does not delete your account. Your data remains in our systems until you explicitly request deletion.

We may suspend or restrict your account (temporarily or permanently) if:

• We suspect fraudulent activity is occurring
• Your account is involved in an active investigation
• You have violated any provision of these Terms
• We receive a legally valid request to do so from a court or government authority

During a suspension, you will not be able to earn Coins or request redemptions. Suspensions pending investigation may be lifted after review. See Section 17 for the appeals process.

We may terminate your account immediately and permanently if:

• You have committed confirmed fraud of any kind
• You have repeatedly violated these Terms after warnings
• You have threatened, harassed, or abused our support staff
• Continued operation of your account poses a risk to other users or to our systems

Upon permanent termination:

• All Coins are immediately forfeited
• All pending redemption requests are cancelled
• You are prohibited from creating a new account
• Your device fingerprint is recorded to prevent re-registration

We are under no obligation to provide reasons for account termination in cases of confirmed fraud.

Upon termination of your account for any reason:

• The licence granted in Section 12.2 is immediately revoked
• You must uninstall the app from all devices
• All your Coins are forfeited with no compensation
• Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive (including Sections 12, 13, 14, 15, 17, and 18)

If you believe your account was suspended or terminated in error, you have the right to appeal:

• Email support@hustlrstudioz.dev with the subject line "Account Ban Appeal"
• Include: your Firebase UID, the date of suspension, and a detailed explanation of why you believe the ban was in error
• We will acknowledge your appeal within 72 hours
• We will complete our investigation and provide a decision within 7 business days
• Our decision on appeal is final

If you believe a coin grant or deduction was incorrect:

• Email support@hustlrstudioz.dev within 14 days of the suspected error
• Include: your Firebase UID, the approximate date and time, the source of the coins (spin, scratch, survey, etc.), and the discrepancy amount
• We will review our transaction logs and respond within 5 business days
• If a genuine error is confirmed, we will correct your balance immediately

If your gift card code was not delivered or is non-functional:

• Contact support@hustlrstudioz.dev within 7 days of the redemption request
• Include: your Firebase UID, the denomination, the approximate date and time, and a screenshot of the Play Store error if the code is non-functional
• We will investigate with our fulfilment provider and respond within 48 hours

For disputes not resolved through the above processes:

For users in India: Disputes will be governed by the laws of India. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India for resolution of any dispute.

For users outside India: We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably. If resolution is not possible, disputes shall be governed by Indian law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to resolve any disputes with HustlrStudioz on an individual basis only. You waive any right to bring or participate in a class action lawsuit, class-wide arbitration, or any other representative proceeding against HustlrStudioz.

HustlrStudioz reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We are committed to being transparent about changes that affect your rights.

Your continued use of Diamond Loot after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the app and delete your account.

Previous versions of these Terms are available upon request by emailing support@hustlrstudioz.dev.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if it cannot be modified, it will be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy (https://hustlrstudioz.dev/privacy/diamond-loot), constitute the entire agreement between you and HustlrStudioz regarding your use of Diamond Loot. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, understandings, representations, and warranties between you and HustlrStudioz.

HustlrStudioz's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. A waiver of any provision will only be effective if in writing and signed by a duly authorised representative of HustlrStudioz.

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party without our prior written consent. HustlrStudioz may assign these Terms or any rights under them to any third party without restriction.
